You must ensure that the event location is suitable for photography, including ensuring access and adequate lighting.

6. Ownership of Photos and Copyright

All photographs and videos produced by Fantauzzi Studios are the property of the photographer.
We retain copyright over all images, and you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal purposes only.
You may not sell, license, or alter the images without prior written consent from us.
If you wish to obtain high-resolution images or commercial licenses, please contact us for pricing and terms.

7. Use of Images on the Website and Social Media

You grant Fantauzzi Studios permission to use your photographs for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our website, social media platforms, and in printed materials.
If you do not wish for your images to be used in this way, please inform us at the time of booking or immediately following your event.

Our liability for any claims arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the Services provided.
In the event of damage to or loss of photos due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, natural disaster), we will offer a partial refund or re-shoot at our discretion but will not be held liable for any additional costs.
